I think that the sitecore training that we are learning right now is very good. It is helping me learn how to use a variety of things on the computer. It is interesting learning how everything happens and that we are learning what the teachers are learning. I like that way we do it in sessions. Like every class is somthing new. This way we all can master what we are learning and then move onto the next topic. This is the way to go. I have learned many things and they are gonna help me in the future.

I think sitecore training has its ups and downs. THere really isnt anything wrong with the way that we are getting it taught by. I think that we could move a little bit faster so that we can cover more material in a shorter period of time. Also i think that the assignments could be a little more challenging and not be like put the pictures on. WE could have a little bit more of an interesting topics. kind of like little mini projects. All in all i think that sitecore is a goood thing and i am glad that we are gonna get the training

Sitecore is very interesting thing to be learning. I am glad that we are learning it. I really have no queestions to ask as they will all probably be answered when we continue to progress with the training. Thanks to Mr Bell for taking time out of his day to come and train us.

Bringing a Story to Life Through Technology!

I am going to bring the book Rainbow fish to life using sound and motion. My group consists of Kelly, Kyla and me. Together we are going to make 2 stories come to life. Rainbow fish and The Garden of whales. The official groups are Kyla and then Kelly and I. We are thinking of using powerpoint, i -movie, garage band and adobe indesign to capture the children's attention. We will be getting together soon to plan this out in more detail. We hope to do this in such a manner, so that we can catch the children's attention and keep it until the end. So far we have accomplished what programs we are going to be using and we are in the planning phase. I will keep you posted on our progress!

The Dangers Of Blogging

I agree with what they are saying, blogs can be harmful and dangerous, but they provide a free online journal where you can post many things. Although the things that you can put on blogs are unlimited, it all depends on the person who is creating it. They should have common sense not to put anything inappropriate on it. People who are using blogs for bad are just hurting themselves.They shouldnt be doing any of this. There are also many good things about blogging. One good thing about them is that they can help and employer check the credentiability about a person that is applying. It can also be a good way to take out your anger and relax. I think that blogs are a good thing even though they have their pros and cons.

Culture Of Blogging

Personal blogs can be quite informative.They can provide information that normally people would not tell anyone.Language Blogs can be very helpful to.They have helped people and languages not dissapear. I think that this is truly good. Having different types of blogs is creative yet helpful. Another type of a blog is a teen blog. Teens express all their personal feelings on a blog. The bad side to this is that sometime they can be giving out to much information and thats not good. I agree with a blog being an online journal but there are limits. You must know what you are putting up onto the blog.If you provide to much information they you can be in danger. So just watch what you put online.

Impacts of blogs

Blogs can have many impacts. They all can either be negative or positive. The blo is now used in many things such as politics, society and education. They have all proved to have had negative and positive results. But once again it all depends what you put on the blog.

In conclusion i agree with the idea og having blogs.Even though they have their pros and cons i think that blogs were a great invention. They have a great purposein life. If they werent invented then people might not be able to have a way to take out their feelings, or have a place that they can pour their heart out and express their feelings. These are just a few of the negative affects of not having blogs.
